Our commitment to protecting your privacy and personal data

Introduction

Welcome to our Privacy Policy. This document explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our services.

Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

  • Personal Information: Name, email address, and contact details you provide when registering or contacting us.
  • Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our website, including pages visited and time spent.
  • Device Information: Details about the device you use to access our services, such as IP address, browser type, and operating system.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information for the following purposes:

  • To provide and maintain our services
  • To notify you about changes to our services
  • To provide customer support
  • To gather analysis or valuable information to improve our services
  • To monitor the usage of our services
  • To detect, prevent, and address technical issues

Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Content Safety Screening

To enforce our content policy, the prompts, photos and videos you submit, and the videos we generate, are checked by automated text and image safety classifiers, some run by third-party providers acting on our behalf. They are used only to decide whether content is allowed. For flagged requests we keep a cryptographic hash of the prompt and the category, not the prompt itself. We do not use photos to identify people or to build face or biometric profiles.

Preventing Duplicate Free Accounts

Free signup credits are limited to one account per person. When an account is created we record a one-way hash of the network it signed up from (the first part of the IP address, never the full address), the anonymous browser identifier our site already sets, and the country. We use these only to decide whether the free credits are granted; the account itself is never blocked because of them, and they are not used for advertising or tracking.

The same one-way hashing applies to the free preview: each account gets one free preview per device (the same anonymous browser identifier), and a shared network is limited to a small number of previews per day. As above, these checks only decide whether the free preview is offered; nobody is blocked from the site because of them.

Third-Party Services

We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our services, provide services on our behalf, or assist us in analyzing how our services are used.
